Privacy notice
What we collect
We only collect what you type into one of the two forms on this website.
- Invitation requests: your name, email address, an optional phone number, which of our offerings interests you, and an optional message.
- Partnership enquiries: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the kind of partnership that interests you, and your message.
We also record the time you submitted and which form you used, so we can reply in the right way. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not build a profile of you.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, and to let you know when Peace & Love is ready to welcome visitors. Partnership enquiries are held so the Humming Nest team can continue a conversation with you about working together. We will not send you anything unrelated to Peace & Love.
What submitting a form means
Neither form asks you to tick a consent box. When you submit one, you are asking us to contact you about what you wrote, and that is the only thing we treat it as. We record the time you submitted and which form you used.
Submitting an invitation request asks us to tell you when Peace & Love opens, because that is what the form is for. Submitting a partnership enquiry asks the Humming Nest team to reply about working together. Neither is permission to send you anything unrelated, and we will not.
You can ask us to stop at any time, with no reason needed, and we will delete your entry.
Who processes it
Humming Nest decides what happens to your details, and only the Humming Nest team reads them. We do not sell them and we do not share them for anyone else's purposes.
Two service providers handle your details on our behalf, on our instructions, and may not use them for their own ends:
- Netlify hosts this website.
- Supabase hosts the database your enquiry is stored in.
Enquiries are stored so that they cannot be read back through this website by anyone. Reading them requires separate administrative access held by Humming Nest.
When an enquiry arrives we send ourselves a notification email through Resend, which carries what you submitted so we can reply.
How long we keep it
Until Peace & Love has opened and we have finished writing to our early invitation list, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Partnership enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active.
Your choices
Write to hello@hummingnest.com or call +91 96116 94999 and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask for one.
